| April 1998 Jessi - almost 3 years old Becky - 4 months old At 4 months old, Becky fits perfectly in Jessi's doll stroller!! |
| Jessi finally go to meet her little sister after three long months (Jessi wasn't allowed to visit the NICU - not even for 5 minutes). As Jessi was holding Becky, she asked, "Is this my baby? Where's your baby, Mommy?" |
| Halloween Jessi - 3 years old Becky 9 months old Jessi was a cheerleader and Becky was a pumpkin. We drove around and visited all the girls' grandparents and great-grandparents for Halloween treats. |
| At 11 months old, Becky learned how to hold her own bottle (if she was laying on the floor). |
| September 1998 3 years old Jessi began 3-year old preschool. She went two days a week. It was a nice way for her to get out and play with kids her own age since we had to be careful about exposing Becky to germs. Jessi brought home a few cold germs, but nothing major. |
| February While Becky was in the NICU, Jessi thought she would add a touch of "normal" to our lives and cut her own hair - TWICE!! The first time (the day Becky was born), she cut a tiny bit above her ear. The second time (the day we learned of Becky's brain damage), it was more noticable - HER BANGS! Instead of being upset, it made us laugh. |
